The trail has many steep inclines and you’ll be greeted with many rocky paths on the way. There is a bridge that you have to cross before finally descending towards Devil Den’s Falls. If you’re planning to visit there, do the rock garden trail for an amazing view. You can then take a plunge at Cheaha Lake before continuing on the trail to the falls.

Devil's Den Falls is situated on the Chinnabee Silent Trail, located within the Talladega National Forest in Clay County's Cheaha State Park. The hike starts easily but gets difficult and rough as you get closer to the falls.

Devil's Den Falls - Trip Details
The entrance of Cheaha State Park is located at 19644 Hwy. 281, Delta, AL 36258. From there, drive south on Hwy 281 for 1.5 miles. Upon reaching the County Rd. 42 intersection, turn right and drive 3 miles to Forest Service Rd. 646. Turn left and drive 2 miles to the Lake Chinnabee Recreation Area. From the picnic area, head upstream on the Chinnabee Silent Trail for around 800 meters and you’ll then arrive to the waterfall.
