Once open to the public as a picnic area, Davis Falls appears to be closed to public access currently,
though there is an effort to get Shelby County to purchase the land. The fall is a nice little cascade with a decent pool at the bottom if you wanted to wade in and cool off.

I used the trail start coordinates and ended up on private property. I do not think I was near the falls either. I do not recommend using the coordinates.
