Cold Water Falls - Trip Details
As a large family, we find renting a home for a night much more relaxing than a hotel, and it's so nice to have a place nearby to crash after a long day of hiking! You can find nice, affordable homes on Vrbo
.
Spring Park in Tuscumbia offers amenities that make it a great place to visit for people with young kids. They have ducks and geese that kids can feed, a train ride, roller coaster, and carousel. While some of those are seasonal, you can enjoy getting into the outdoors any time of the year.
More Waterfalls around Spring Park
From Spring Park, you can get to Bankhead National Forest to visit Kinlock Falls, Falls Creek Falls, and Caney Creek Falls in an hour. Plus, there are endless opportunities for hiking and camping in the Bankhead National Forest in one of the largest stretches of undeveloped land in the state.

We drove from GA hoping to get a fall picture like the one on the website, got to the park & not even a trickle of water coming off the falls. So disappointed âšī¸
Bummer, sometimes I check water flow by looking for pictures on Instagram before I drive! Be sure to check out our map on the home page to see other falls close to you in Georgia.
Saw this today and it was awesome and beautiful
